Welcome to Extreme Management Solutions Coaching Profile page
I’m Peter Mackechnie and I manage Extreme Management Solutions. In my coaching experience in working with business leaders and managers who want to make changes to their business behaviour the most successful focus in on implementing concentrated and specific change, developing effective leadership and management skills, enhancing productive business relationships and being outcome led. A key factor for them is having available an independent, non-biased and challenging coach and specialist who they can bounce ideas off; discuss openly their ideas, concerns and problems; learn from; accept challenging views and ideas from; and who holds them accountable and responsible for agreed actions and outcomes.

Extreme Management Solution’s coaching focus is on you the individual.  I’ve been fortunate in that I have enjoyed a varied and extensive senior leadership and managerial experience which covers business management, leadership & management development, people development, coaching, business and strategic planning systems, organisational and change management.

Whilst I’ve learned a huge amount by being a leader and manager, within business and managing my own business, I’ve also ensured that any skill set I’ve developed has been recognised and certificated appropriately. I’ve also benefited from a wide ranging academic base, not only in psychology and coaching, but also within the strategic business sector. As a result of my experience, skill sets and qualifications I’ve created some excellent
business and management coaching development programmes that are specifically designed and focused on, you, the individual.
