Welcome to Extreme Management Solutions Coaching Programmes page
Extreme Management Solutions has created two main coaching programmes the Business Behaviour Development Programme and the Leadership and Management Behaviour Development Programme, both of which are fully adaptable to your specific behaviour change requirements.If you do not see a coaching area you want to cover contact us now so we can discuss your needs and create the right mix for you. Both these coaching programmes can be as extensive or condensed as necessary as they are dependent on your individual needs.
You can enter one, or both, coaching programmes at any stage. However, as a precursor we’ll have a contracting and induction meeting - this lets us met and find out if we can work together. This will provide the initial start to your agreed Extreme Management Solutions Development Programme.
The agreed Programme (Business Behaviour or Leadership and Management Behaviour) will include regular coaching contact which can be a mix of face-to-face and telephone meetings, phone and email support between meetings comes as standard. Each meeting will have Action based outcomes that will be tracked by Extreme Management Solutions as an essential requirement of the programme. This enables you to retain responsibility and accountability for your development. We will review progress on a regular basis to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from the programme.
Extreme Management Solutions will manage the Coaching Programme in such a way as to ensure maximum impact for you. This means that no one style of delivery will be automatically applied to you and that the most appropriate tools and processes will be selected to match your individual requirements.The Development programmes are supplied on a totally confidential basis. Our management of the programmes are non- biased, independent and client agenda led.
